• This contract is for the maintenance services of the Bridgeway Acres and the closed Toytown Landfill properties.
• Waste Management, Inc. has acquired Advanced Disposal Services, Inc. (together with its affiliates and subsidiaries, “ADS”).
• There is no fiscal impact associated with this Acknowledgement.
• The Board originally awarded this contract June 19, 2018, first amendment was approved by the County Administrator July 9, 2020, the Board approved the second Amendment on January 11,2022 and the third amendment on April 23, 2024.
Contract No. 167-0517-P (SS); there is no increase associated with this approval.
