Approve the award of bid to R.J.P. Enterprises, Inc. for FY 2018-2020 sidewalk and underdrain replacement projects.
Bid No. 178-0042-CP (RG); PID No. 003497A; in the amount of $1,398,780.00 on the basis of being the lowest responsive, responsible bid received meeting specifications. All work is expected to be completed within 1095 consecutive calendar days. Authorize Chairman to sign and Clerk of Court to attest.

Summary:
This contract provides for the replacement of sidewalks and underdrains throughout the County. Individual projects will be facilitated via a work order process. A list of tentative projects is attached.
Background Information:
This work order based contract is intended to effect the completion of numerous small projects throughout the County.

Expenditure not to exceed $1,398,780.00
Funding is derived from Public Works Department Operating Budget
