Summary:
This request seeks to reject all bids received for the Airport Landside and Parking Lot Improvement Project. The two lowest priced bid responses were disqualified for violating County Code 2-189 pertaining to lobbying. The two (2) other responsive bids received exceeded the engineering estimate. A new solicitation will be released in the very near future.
Background/Explanation:
On May 19, 2017, The Purchasing Department, on behalf of the Airport, released an invitation to bid (ITB) for the Airport Landside and Parking Lot Improvement Project.
