Approval and execution by the County Administrator of the First Amendment to exercise a term extension to the agreement with NDL, LLC dba Natural Designs Landscaping for Landscape and Grounds Maintenance Services.

 

                     This contract provides landscape and grounds maintenance services.

                     This Amendment exercises the first twenty-four (24) month contract term extension with a contract end date of March 7, 2027, and increase of $900,000.00 for a revised not-to-exceed amount of $1,829,277.87.

                     The original agreement was approved by the Board of County Commissioners on March 8, 2022, in the not-to-exceed amount of $929,277.87 and included the term extension provision.

                     The County Administrator has authority under Code 2-188(D) to approved contract term extensions included in a current contract awarded by the Board.

                     This request is sufficiently budgeted for in the FY25 Budget of PCU in the Water Revenue and Operating Fund and Sewer Revenue and Operating Fund.

 

Contract No. 22-0047-B(DG) twenty-four (24) term extension in the amount of $900,000.00 for a revised not-to-exceed amount of $1,829,277.87, revised contract end date of March 7, 2027.
