Approval and execution by the County Administrator of the First Amendment to exercise a term extension to the agreement with NDL, LLC dba Natural Designs Landscaping for Landscape and Grounds Maintenance Services.
• This contract provides landscape and grounds maintenance services.
• This Amendment exercises the first twenty-four (24) month contract term extension with a contract end date of March 7, 2027, and increase of $900,000.00 for a revised not-to-exceed amount of $1,829,277.87.
• The original agreement was approved by the Board of County Commissioners on March 8, 2022, in the not-to-exceed amount of $929,277.87 and included the term extension provision.
• The County Administrator has authority under Code 2-188(D) to approved contract term extensions included in a current contract awarded by the Board.
• This request is sufficiently budgeted for in the FY25 Budget of PCU in the Water Revenue and Operating Fund and Sewer Revenue and Operating Fund.
