Approval and execution by the County Administrator of the First Amendment with Beck Architecture, LLC for professional architectural services pertaining to the Tampa Bay Innovation Center Incubator project.

 

                     This contract is for professional architectural services consisting of conceptual and schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration services for the Tampa Bay Innovation Center Incubator project.

                     This First Amendment extends the Agreement two (2) months through December 29, 2023, and adds $14,063.00 to the contract due to unforeseen circumstances for additional contract administration work, site testing and certifications.

                     The contract was approved by the Board of County Commissioners on October 6, 2020, in the amount of $1,071,816.00.

                     Funding budgeted under project 004251A Tampa Bay Innovation Center, in the Capital Improvement Plan, in FY23. Funded by an Economic Development Administration (EDA) grant, private contribution for naming rights, and the Penny for Pinellas Countywide Investment set aside (8.3%) for Economic Improvement Capital Projects and Housing.

 

Contract No.: 190-0140-NC(SS); increases the contract by $14,063.00 for a revised total of $1,085,879.00 through December 29, 2023.
