Approval and execution by the County Administrator of the First Amendment to exercise a term extension to the agreement with SurvTech Solutions, Inc. for Street-Level LiDAR and Imagery Data Acquisition and Extraction.

 

                     This contract provides high-resolution terrestrial LiDAR for flood vulnerability assessment that is used to enhance hazard mitigation planning and projects.

                     The First Amendment exercises the term extension by thirty-six (36) months and increases the Agreement total by $84,000.00 for a revised not to exceed contract value of $454,327.71.

                     The Board of County Commissioners awarded this Agreement on March 28, 2023, in the amount of $370,327.71.

                     This project is fully funded by federal funds from the Community Development Block Grant - Mitigation Program made available by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and managed under Florida Department of Economic Development’s Rebuild Florida Program. No match is required.

 

Contract No. 22-0518-P increases the contract in the amount of $84,000.00 for a revised not to exceed total of $454,327.71; through March 27, 2027.

The First Amendment extends this contract thirty-six (36) months and increases the Agreement total by $84,000.00 for a revised not to exceed contract value of $454,327.71 which includes updated scope where Survtech is now hosting the data set, and Pinellas County is owning the data.
