Background Information:

No other Blackstone Drive exists in either incorporated or unincorporated County.  Fourteen (14) lots have a physical address of Boesch Drive and are affected by the renaming of the road.  Two of the 14 lots have the same owner.  Thus, thirteen (13) owners were petitioned.  Ten (10) of the 13 petitioned owners (76.9%) approved of the road being renamed.  Two of the 13 petitioned owners disapproved of the renaming and one of the 13 owners was unresponsive.
