• The City of Tarpon Springs submitted Case No. CW 24-05 to the Pinellas Planning Council in January to amend the Countywide Plan Map to allow for the construction of a fire station.
• The City of Tarpon Springs then submitted a request for continuance.
• The Forward Pinellas Board and Planners Advisory Committee each voted unanimously to continue this case.
• The case is now scheduled to go before the Planners Advisory Committee on March 4, 2024 and the Forward Pinellas Board on March 13, 2024.
