The property sought to be foreclosed upon is located at 5144 80th Way N., in unincorporated St. Petersburg (the “Property”)
From August 2020 through November 2021, the property owner, 5144 Family Revocable Trust, was issued multiple notices of violation for violations of various code provisions, including, but not limited to minimum housing, trash and debris, inoperable vehicles, and failure to comply with the land development code. In October 2021, an administrative fine was assessed until compliance is achieved, and a subsequent lien has been imposed by the Special Magistrate for these violations. The liens have not been satisfied to date.
The property to be foreclosed upon is non-homestead property. The Special Magistrate authorized foreclosure on July, 10 2023.
This authorization includes bringing suit against all defendants that are or may become necessary to fully litigate this action.
