Approval and execution by the County Administrator of the First Amendment Term Extension to the agreement with Concrete on Call, Inc. to provide concrete mix materials, batch mix delivered - Tampa Bay Area Cooperative Contract.

 

                     This contract supplies concrete mix materials - batch mix delivered to the county, and other participating entities, for use on projects within in their respective boundaries.

                     This First Amendment exercises a twelve (12) month extension and increases the contract in the amount of $819,570.00 for a revised not-to-exceed amount of $1,639,140.00 for the county. The increase provides funds for continued delivery of materials at the same terms and conditions.

                     Per code section 2-188(d), the County Administrator has authority to approve “term extensions” awarded by the Board of County Commissioners per the pricing, terms, and conditions of the original award.

                     On May 9, 2023, the Board of County Commissioners approved the twelve (12) month agreement in the amount of $819,570.00.

                     Cooperative agencies include the Cities of Clearwater, Dunedin, Oldsmar and Tarpon Springs.

                     Funding is derived from various operational or capital improvements program budgets of the departments utilizing this contract. Cooperative agencies are responsible for their respective funding sources.

 

Contract No. 23-0285-ITB increase in the amount of $819,570.00 for a revised contract not-to-exceed expenditure of $1,639,140.00, effective through May 8, 2025.

On May 9, 2023, the Board of County Commissioners approved the Agreement with Concrete on Call, Inc. in the amount of $819,570.00 for a twelve (12) month initial term.
