Approval of the replat for Dansville Phase 6 located in Section 8, Township 30 South, Range 15 East.

 

                     The property is located south of Pine Street, west of Oak Street and to the north of 132nd Avenue North.

                     Pinellas County is submitting this plat as a requirement for Site Plan 4735.

                     The site is being subdivided into 11-single family lots and dedicated public right of way.

                     Recommend the Board of County Commissioners to authorize the Chairman to sign for Pinellas County as Owner.

Background Information:

Pinellas County has submitted this replat of existing Pinellas Groves containing 11-single family lots and dedicated public right of way. Pinellas County purchased these lots after a storm destroyed many homes in the Dansville Community. Dansville Phase 6 is the final phase of re-platting by Pinellas County in this community. The purchase and re-platting were to provide uniform streets and blocks for better redevelopment of the community. 

 

Fiscal Impact:

Funds in the amount of $0 have been collected for the review and processing of the plat.
