Summary
On June 17, 2022, Richard Long was operating a vehicle owned by Stephen Panzarella in a negligent manner so as to cause it to run off the roadway and strike a Pinellas County utility pole located near Walsingham Rd. and Oval Dr. in Largo. As a result, the County incurred damage and Mr. Long was cited in the crash. Restitution was not ordered through the proceedings on the traffic citations. The County suffered damages of approximately $4,800.00; Risk Management’s attempts to recover the County’s damages were unsuccessful.
This authorization includes bringing suit against all defendants that may be or become necessary to fully litigate this action.
