Approval and execution by the County Administrator of six (6) amendments to acknowledge the corporate acquisition of Cardno, Inc. by Stantec Consulting Services, Inc.
• There are six (6) active contracts with this firm (22-0366-CN, 22-0304-CN, 21-0443-CN, 190-0030-CN, 190-0015-CN, 167-0010-CN) providing professional engineering consulting services to the County.
• The acknowledgment of this acquisition is necessary to provide an accurate audit trail for future purchases and to avoid payment delays.
• Stantec Consulting Services, Inc. acquired Cardno, Inc. as of October 21, 2021.
• There is no fiscal impact associated with these amendments.
