• The County received four (4) bids for promotional and novelty items.
• Following review of the bid submittals received, it was determined that specifications and quantities were not sufficient to fulfill needs by requisitioning departments.
• This contract will be re-solicited by the Purchasing Division with revised specifications and pricing sheet.

Summary:
Rejection of the bid submittals for promotional and novelty items. Upon review of the bids received, it was determined that modifications to the specifications and pricing submittal sheet are necessary to correctly reflect departmental needs and to promote proper competition.
Background/Explanation:
The Purchasing and Risk management Division solicited an invitation to bid on October 19, 2022, for promotional and novelty items. Four (4) bids were received. Upon further review of the submissions, it was determined that specifications and quantities were not correctly reflected in the bid.
