Approval and execution by the County Administrator of three (3) First Amendments to acknowledge the corporate acquisition of Wood Environment & Infrastructure Solutions, Inc. by WSP Environment & Infrastructure Inc.
• There are three (3) active contracts with this firm (21-0137-CN, 190-0028-CN, 178-0160-NC) providing environmental and storm water consulting services to the County.
• The acknowledgment of this acquisition is necessary to provide an accurate audit trail for future purchases and to avoid payment delays.
• WSP Environment & Infrastructure Inc. acquired Wood Environment & Infrastructure Solutions, Inc. as of September 21, 2022.
• There is no fiscal impact associated with these Amendments.
