Summary

This action is the result of multiple local ordinance violations occurring at 821 Virginia Ave., in unincorporated Palm Harbor, and includes the adjacent right-of-way.  The corporate owner has been afforded the opportunity to come in compliance with the Pinellas County Code but has failed to do so.  The corporate owner has additionally failed to comply with the Special Magistrate Order.  This suit would seek non-monetary relief to bring the property into compliance with the Code and to eject PIT Crew Tire Service Inc. from the County right-of-way.          

This authorization includes bringing suit for all appropriate non-monetary claims against all defendants that may be or become necessary to fully litigate this action.
