Approve three reappointments to the Board of Adjustment and Appeals for a term of 4 years, beginning November 8, 2022.
• Deborah White - Commissioner Gerard’s reappointment.
• Alan Bomstein - Commissioner Eggers’ reappointment.
• Jose Bello - Commissioner Peters’ reappointment.

Background Information:
Board with the authority to grant variances, nonconforming use modifications and Type 2 uses (special exceptions) in the appropriate cases. The Board also hears appeals of staff level decisions.
The Board of Adjustment and Appeals was created by an ordinance passed by the Pinellas County Board of County Commissioners (BCC) and could be dissolved by a similar act of the Board repealing or changing the ordinance that created it.
