Recommended Action

Approval and execution by the County Administrator of the Third Amendment with Woolpert, Inc. for Implementation Services of Cityworks Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) System.

                     This Agreement provides for the implementation of Cityworks Enterprise Asset Management Solution, as well as the purchase of Cityworks licenses, maintenance, and support from Azteca Systems, Inc.

                     This Third Amendment provides for a six (6) month extension to provide sufficient time to complete the added scope of work for EAM Post Go-Live Support.

                     On June 21, 2016, the Board of County Commissioners (Board) approved this Agreement in the amount of $6,547,551.94. On February 5, 2019, the First Amendment was approved by the Board which increased the contract in the amount of $4,554,973.06. On October 12, 2021, the Purchasing Director approved the Second Amendment for an extension allowing for the project completion date to be extended by twelve (12) months.

                     There is no fiscal impact associated with this extension.

                     Funding will be tracked in the BCC Strategic Projects cost center.

 

Contract No. 156-0032-G in the total not to exceed amount of $11,102,525.00.

Summary:

This Third Amendment provides a six (6) month extension to provide sufficient time to complete the added scope of work for EAM Post Go-Live Support. Woolpert and the County have recently completed a multi-year effort to configure and deploy Cityworks AMS environment for their five (5) operational departments.
