The City and County agree that it is in the best interest of the parties that responsibilities associated with operation, maintenance, planning, design and construction of the identified road segments, along with any future improvements thereto, be transferred to the City, as detailed in Exhibit A.  The City accepts all legal rights of the roadway segments that are within, and appurtenant to, the right-of-way being transferred.
