Summary:

Summary

The property sought to be foreclosed upon is located at 13867 - 61 St. N., Lot B12, in unincorporated Clearwater.  In 2019, the property owner was issued multiple notices of violation for violations of various code provisions including, but not limited to, minimum housing, inoperative vehicles, zoning, trash and debris.  During the proceedings, the property owner died, and notice was afforded to his heir, Andrew Lennox.  Liens were imposed against the property owner and heir in 2019.  The liens have not been satisfied and the violations continue to exist on the property.  The property to be foreclosed upon is non-homestead property.

This authorization includes bringing suit against all defendants that may be or become necessary to fully litigate this action.
