Summary
The property sought to be foreclosed upon is located at 16717 US Highway 19 N., in unincorporated Clearwater. In 2019, a Special Magistrate lien was imposed upon 282 LLC as a result of minimum housing, trash and debris, and zoning code violations occurring on the aforementioned property. The liens have not been satisfied and the violations continue to exist on the property. The property to be foreclosed upon is a commercial property.
This authorization includes bringing suit against all defendants that may be or become necessary to fully litigate this action.
