Summary

This action is a result of multiple local ordinance violations including but not limited to violations of minimum housing codes, accumulation of trash and debris, outdoor storage, and zoning clearance occurring at 6790 49th Ave. N., in unincorporated St. Petersburg.  The property owner, Daniel Bornstein, has been afforded the opportunity to come into compliance with the Pinellas County Code but has failed to do so.  This suit would seek injunctive relief to bring the property into compliance with the Code.

This authorization includes bringing suit against all defendants that may be or become necessary to fully litigate this action.
