Approval and execution by the County Administrator of the Second Amendment (extension) to the Agreement with Azteca System, LLC for Cityworks software licenses and maintenance support.
• This Agreement provides Cityworks software licenses, maintenance, and support services for the County’s Enterprise Asset Management Solution.
• This Amendment provides a five (5) year term extension and increases the Agreement amount by $1,153,598 for services through June 30, 2026.
• The Board of County Commissioners (Board) awarded this Agreement in the amount of $1,040,000.00 on June 21, 2016. The First Amendment was approved on August 12, 2020 which recognized the corporate restructuring of Azteca System, Inc. to Azteca System, LLC.
Contract No. 156-0399-A(SCB); increase in the amount of $1,153,598.00 for a revised total contract value of $2,193,598.00 with an average annual expenditure of $219,359.80, effective through June 30, 2026.Body

This agreement was originally approved by the Board on June 21, 2016 in the amount of $1,040,000.00. The First Amendment was approved by the County Administrator on August 12, 2020.
