This is a civil action in which Plaintiff alleges negligence against the County. Plaintiff seeks monetary damages for personal injuries arising out of an alleged bicycle accident caused by a broken electrical box on a sidewalk occurring at or near 3130 Gulf to Bay Blvd., Clearwater.
