Summary:

Summary

This action is the result of an easement encroachment located at or near the Tides Golf Club, 11832 66th Ave., in unincorporated Seminole.  Pinellas County has a drainage easement in which TTGC, LLC has erected a fence which is impeding the County’s ability to maintain drainage through the easement.  Staff has requested the property owner remove or relocate the fence to allow for drainage maintenance activities, but the property owner has declined to do so.  The County would seek injunctive remedies.

This authorization includes bringing suit against all defendants that may be or become necessary to fully litigate this action.
