This is a civil action in which Plaintiff alleges negligence against the County. Plaintiff seeks monetary damages for personal injuries arising out of an alleged fall occurring in the yard of a residence located at 14039 Leeward Dr., in unincorporated Seminole, and attributed to the County’s recent sidewalk repair.
The County Attorney’s Office will bring all counterclaims, cross-claims, or third-party claims as necessary or appropriate in the judgment of the County Attorney.
