Sitting as the Countywide Planning Authority, adopt an ordinance approving Case No. CW 21-01, a proposal by the City of Tarpon Springs to amend the Countywide Plan Map from Residential Low Medium to Public/Semi-Public, regarding 2.82 acres more or less, located at 324 East Pine Street, 424 North Ring Avenue, and 395 North Grosse Avenue.
• The subject property currently houses the Tarpon Springs City Hall and the Performing Arts Center.
• The proposed amendment will bring the property into conformity with the Countywide Plan Map category consistent with the existing uses.
• Forward Pinellas and the Planners Advisory Committee each voted unanimously to recommend approval of the proposal.
