• Estimated contract total for sixty months is $3,890,000.00.
• This contract replaces a current contract with Garland/DBS Inc.
Contract No. 190-0336-B(AR) for an estimated average annual expenditure of $778,000.00 with a total contract amount not to exceed $3,890,000.00 for a term of sixty months on the basis of being the lowest responsive, responsible bid meeting specifications. Authorize the Chairman to execute and the Clerk of the Circuit Court to attest.

On June 23, 2020, the Purchasing Division, on behalf of Facilities and Real Property Division, released an invitation to bid with the intent to establish a contract for roofing services, supplies, and related products. Four bids were received with Advanced Roofing, Inc. recommended for award as the lowest responsive, responsible bidder. This contract replaces the current contract with Garland/DBS Inc.
Fiscal Impact:
Estimated sixty (60) month expenditure not to exceed: $3,890,000.00.
Estimated average annual expenditure: $778,000.00.
Funding is derived from the Facilities and Real Property operating budget and other requisitioning departments operating budgets as services are needed.
