Summary

This action is the result of local ordinance violations for multiple inoperable vehicles on the property located at 2675 Alderman Road in unincorporated Palm Harbor.  Mr. Beard has been afforded the opportunity to come into compliance with the Pinellas County Code but has failed to do so.  This suit would seek injunctive relief to bring the property into compliance with the Code.          

This authorization includes bringing suit against all defendants that may be or become necessary to fully litigate this action.
