Summary
This action is the result of multiple local ordinance violations including but not limited to violations of the minimum housing, accumulation of trash and debris, zoning clearance, non-permitted use and temporary use code provisions, occurring at 2210 Cheryl Road, in unincorporated Largo. The property owners, Sonian Va and Wendell Giles, have been afforded the opportunity to come in compliance with the Pinellas County Code but have failed to do so. This suit would seek injunctive relief to bring the property into compliance with the Code.
This authorization includes bringing suit against all defendants that may be or become necessary to fully litigate this action.
