Summary
The Plaintiff alleges that on or about February 27, 2020, Pike Electric, LLC, a contractor for Duke Energy, struck the County’s utility pipe located near Largo Mall that services Plaintiff’s mall tenants. Plaintiff asserts the County and Pike failed to repair the pipe after observing it in the field and, as a result, with the County’s permission, Plaintiff repaired the pipe without renumeration from either defendant. Plaintiff seeks repayment.
The County Attorney’s Office will bring all counterclaims, cross-claims, or third party claims as necessary or appropriate in the judgment of the County Attorney.
