This is a civil action in which Plaintiff alleges the County has failed to maintain or convey to the Plaintiff, in accordance with the language of the deed, the property upon which the Gulf Beaches Historical Museum and cottage are located. Plaintiff is seeking the return of the property, a judgment that Plaintiff is the lawful owner of the property, and ejectment of the County from the parcel, as well as fees and costs incurred in the litigation.
