Background Information:

The lake parcel is owned by the County but has been maintained by the City for several years, including conducting annual shoreline and surface water cleanup activities.  Appropriate County Departments have reviewed the request and thereby determined that the County has no future use for the property.  The County will retain a twenty-foot (20) drainage easement on the Property for the maintenance of a drainage pipe from the road that outfalls to the pond. The pipe is in the easement to be retained and will be maintained by the County and the City will maintain the remaining portion of the Property.
