Approve two appointments/reappointments to the Parks and Conservation Resources Advisory Board for a term of 1 year.
• This is an appointment or reappointment of two members to the Parks and Conservation Resources Advisory Board for a term of one year to begin on August 1, 2020 and expire on July 31, 2021 who must have experience in environmental science.
• Multiple people applied for these two positions and their names can be found on the Ballot/Worksheet.
• The names can be viewed on the attached Ballot/Worksheet.
• The Chair has ballots.

Background Information:
The Parks and Conservation Resources Advisory Committee reviews and comments on park or environmental land plans/designs and operations/procedures; participate in public education and ceremonial activities; hear citizen comment on parks or environmental lands; formulate proposal/suggestions with the goal of improving the parks and environmental lands of the County.
Ten (10) total members appointed by the Board of County Commissioners (BCC). Seven of the members are nominated by each member of the BCC with one-year terms that run concurrently with that of their respective nominating Commissioner. Of the three additional members, one must be a member of and nominated by the County's Youth Advisory Committee, and two must have experience in environmental science and/or policy; the terms of these three additional members are likewise one-year terms that run from August 1st through July 31st.
