This action is the result of local ordinance violations, including but not limited to zoning clearance violations and an inoperable vehicle, occurring at 5175 78th St. N., in unincorporated St. Petersburg. Mr. Trott has been afforded the opportunity to come in compliance with the Pinellas County Code but has failed to do so. This suit would seek injunctive relief to bring the property into compliance with the Code.
This authorization includes bringing suit against all defendants that may be or become necessary to fully litigate this action.
