Summary
This action is the result of multiple local ordinance violations, including but not limited to minimum housing, accumulation of trash and debris, and occupation without a certificate of occupancy, occurring at 2015 Healy Drive in unincorporated Clearwater. Mr. Shoemaker has been afforded the opportunity to come in compliance with the Pinellas County Code but has failed to do so. This suit would seek injunctive relief to bring the property into compliance with the Code.
This authorization includes bringing suit against all defendants that may be or become necessary to fully litigate this action.
