Contract No. 167-0005-CN (SS) in the amount of $5,000,000.00 through June 19, 2022, with an estimated annual expenditure of $1,000,000.00. There is no change to the original contract amount.

Summary:
This request is for acknowledgement of a name change due to acquisition of Albeck Gerken, Inc. to Iteris, Inc., effective July 2, 2019. All other terms and conditions of the contract remain the same.
Background/Explanation:
This contract was approved by the Board on June 20, 2017.
This contract provides continuing engineering services for traffic engineering and traffic control systems design which includes preparation of design plan packages for the ATMS/ITS system, conducting traffic analysis and assisting the County with the operation and maintenance of the Traffic Control Center’s equipment and software.
Fiscal Impact:
There is no change to the original total contract amount.
Original amount approved: $5,000,000.00 per firm for a five (5) year total of $25,000,000.00 for five (5) firms.
Funding is derived from various Capital Improvement Program budgets and/or operating budgets.
Delegated Authority:
Authority for the County Administrator to acknowledge this name change is granted under Code Section 2-62(a)(2).
