Summary

This action is the result of multiple local ordinance violations occurring at 15572 Westminister Avenue in unincorporated Clearwater.  Mr. Lloyd has been afforded the opportunity to come into compliance with the Pinellas County Code but has failed to do so.  This suit would seek injunctive relief to bring the property into compliance with the Code.          

This authorization includes bringing suit against all defendants that may be or become necessary to fully litigate this action.
