• This contract provides legal newspaper advertising for delinquent real estate tax lists as required by the Tax Collector.
• Florida Statute requires the Board of County Commissioners to select and approve the newspaper of general circulation for the advertisement of delinquent real estate tax lists.
• An Invitation to quote was released to three County newspapers of general circulation, with one newspaper certified as a small business vendor. The small business vendor did not submit a quote for this solicitation.
Contract No. 190-0078-Q(RO) in the annual amount of $14,200.00 for a twenty-four-month term total of $28,400.00 based on being the lowest responsive, responsible quote received meeting specifications.

Gulf Coast is the current contractor and lowered their price 1.3% for this contract. On November 18, 2019, the Purchasing and Risk Management Division, on behalf of the Tax Collector, released an invitation to quote for requirements to advertise the Delinquent Real Estate Tax and Tangible Personal Property Tax Lists for 2019 and 2020 Tax Years.
Florida Statute requires the Board to select and approve the newspaper of general circulation for the advertisement of delinquent real estate tax lists.

Estimated contract expenditure not-to-exceed: $28,400.00
Estimated annual expenditure not-to-exceed: $14,200.00
Funding is derived from the Tax Collector’s operating budget.
