Sitting as the Countywide Planning Authority, adopt an ordinance approving Case No. CW 19-22, a proposal by the City of Largo to amend the Countywide Plan Map from Office, Retail and Services and Target Employment Center Overlay to Retail and Services and Target Employment Center Overlay, regarding 3.3 acres more or less, located at 5555 Roosevelt Boulevard, Largo.

The subject properties fall within the Bay Vista employment hub and are currently bisected by differing land use classifications.

The intent is to establish a single land-use classification across the entire property in accordance with the locational criteria.

The Target Employment Center Overlay will remain in place.

Forward Pinellas and the Planners Advisory Committee each voted unanimously to recommend approval of this proposal.
