Sitting as the Countywide Planning Authority, adopt an ordinance approving Case No. CW 19-21, a proposal by the City of Largo to amend the Countywide Plan Map from Public/Semi-Public to Residential Low Medium, regarding 0.39 acre more or less, located at 3093 Meadow View Avenue and 380 Fulton Drive Southeast, Largo.
• The subject property is currently being used as a church parsonage on a broader church property.
• The owner is interested in selling the parsonage and developing a new one elsewhere on the property.
• The subject property is considered conforming as a single ancillary dwelling unit and could be converted into a single-family residential property in the future.
• Forward Pinellas and the Planners Advisory Committee each voted unanimously to recommend approval of this proposal.
