This request is to reject the sole submittal received for the requirements of professional design build services for Quantum and Unity (logic controller) upgrades project for lack of competition. Following staff review, a new solicitation will be re-advertised. Invited firms indicated they did not have time to propose at the time of RFQ was advertised.
Background/Explanation:
On September 24, 2019, the Purchasing/Risk Management Division, on behalf of the Utilities Department, released an RFP for professional design build services for the Quantum and Unity Upgrade project.
