Summary:

This action is the result of the property owner’s alteration of drainage and failure to maintain its property resulting in damage to the County easement on the parcel. The property is located at 3120 46th Avenue North in unincorporated St. Petersburg.  This suit would seek injunctive relief requiring the Defendant to restore their encumbered property to avoid further damage to the County’s infrastructure and to bring the property into compliance with applicable Pinellas County codes.

This authorization includes bringing suit against all defendants that may be or become necessary to fully litigate this action as well.
