Summary:

This action is the result of multiple local ordinance violations occurring at 11797 104th Street, located in unincorporated Largo, and includes the abutting parcel.  The owner of both parcels, Ms. Lister, has been afforded the opportunity to come into compliance with the Pinellas County Code but has failed to do so.  The abutting parcel is co-owned by Ted Spragg.  This suit would seek injunctive relief to bring the property into compliance with the Code.

This authorization includes bringing suit against all defendants that may be or become necessary to fully litigate this action.
