Sitting as the Countywide Planning Authority, adopt an ordinance approving Case No. CW 19-16, a proposal from the City of Tarpon Springs to amend the Countywide Plan Map from Office to Residential Medium, regarding 0.33 acre more or less, located at 721 South Disston Avenue.

There is an existing single-family residence on a portion of the subject property.

The property owner intends to split the parcel and construct a second single-family residence.

The proposed amendment either does not involve, or will not significantly impact, the remaining relevant countywide considerations.
