Summary:
This action is the result of local ordinance violations occurring on property located at 7900 Bayshore Drive, in unincorporated Pinellas County. County staff has detected on the property the following non-permitted actions: (a) the placement of fill material within waters of the County; and (b) alteration of mangroves. Additionally, Mr. Koury has represented to staff that he may conduct additional mangrove trimming without the required permit. Mr. Koury declined staff’s offer to enter into a Consent Order to resolve the violations.
This authorization includes bringing suit against all defendants that may be or become necessary to fully litigate this action.
