Plaintiff’s Complaint is for damages for alleged monies owed pursuant to the contract entered into pursuant to Bid No. 156-0039-CP(DF). The contract was entered into for Fiscal Year 2016-2018 Countywide sidewalk, drainage, and roadway improvements.
The County Attorney’s Office through outside counsel will bring all counterclaims, cross-claims, or third party claims as necessary or appropriate in the judgment of the County Attorney.
