Sitting as the Countywide Planning Authority, adopt an ordinance approving Case No. CW 19-12, a proposal from the City of St. Petersburg to amend Countywide Plan Map amendment from Public/Semi-Public to Residential Low Medium (1.4 acres), and from Residential Low Medium to Public/Semi-Public (0.2 acre), regarding 1.63 acres more or less, located at 111 Pinellas Way North.

The subject properties are owned by Pasadena Presbyterian Church who is seeking to create six single family lots on property currently used for Institutional purposes associated with the church.

While at the countywide level the Public/Semi-Public category does allow for residential uses, the local Institutional category that falls under the Public/Semi-Public Countywide Plan Map category does not.

Forward Pinellas and the Planners Advisory Committee each voted unanimously to recommend approval of this proposal.
