Background Information:
St. Anthony’s Development Company, LLC is submitting this plat as a requirement of Site Plan 4415.10W. The property is located at the corner of Alt 19 and Jeter Street. The property is being divided into 25 single family lots plus 7 tracts. There is a sidewalk easement along the Jeter Street frontage being dedicated to Pinellas County. The approval of this plat will allow the developer to sell the lots which will create additional tax revenue.
