Summary:
This contract provides for the management and maintenance of backup, archive, disaster recovery and data management platforms in support of BTS enterprise infrastructure services for storage and backup. The current data management environment is very complex and involves multiple suppliers resulting in increased cost and inefficiencies. The purchase of Rubrik products and services allows BTS to reduce the management complexity to a single vendor and enhance the capabilities to the enterprise infrastructure service and support staff.
This contract has provision for one (1) twenty-four (24) month term extension. The term extension provides for a price adjustment (decrease/increase) in an amount not to exceed the Consumer Price Index (CPI), not seasonally adjusted for the twelve (12) months prior.
